This is a quaint house in a nice residential area and we are looking for grad students or older individuals. This is not a college party house.

This is a 3 bedroom place and two of the other rooms are rented to other down to earth tenants. This space is coed. The available room is furnished with everything except a bed. The common area is furnished with living room/dining room furniture. You are not permitted to bring your own furniture because the house is furnished (except a bed, of course).

The home is located on a quiet dead-end street, 1-3 blocks away from deli, grocery store, liquor store, pizza shop and gas station. We are about 1.5 miles from SUNY-close enough to walk or bike ride to school if u like getting a bit of exercise!

Looking for Quiet and Clean Tenants- We are not Partiers. We are 2 females living at the house, ages 31 and 41 and we are looking for a third down to earth, like minded roommate to occupy the third bedroom. We both work full time and are outdoor enthusiasts. We spend our free time cooking/drinking wine, rock climbing, hiking, gardening and hanging out with the pets. We have two beautiful pups and one rambunctious kitten living at the house.

Available Aug 25, 2012. One year lease only and 2 month security required. ($700 x 2)

Includes Garbage, Lawn Care.  The tenants are responsible for water, electric, Wi-Fi and heat which add up to about $50-$100/month per person.
