Bedrooms are still available to move in immediately, June 1st, or Aug 1st in an updated all female student house share.  Furnished or unfurnished rooms are $650 per month per person including all utilities.  It's located within a ten-minute walk to campus and a five-minute walk to the grocery stores on Main St.  Flexible start and end dates are available including summer only, summer plus fall, school year or full year.

Heat, hot water, electric, Wi-fi, washer and dryer are all included as are off-street parking, bicycle storage, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, and yard maintenance.  This is a great value for a beautiful move-in ready place at a very convenient and desirable location.  The house is ideal for serious and responsible students who are looking for a place for quiet studying and peaceful relaxation.
