One smaller bedroom is still available for this semester or longer in an all female student house share for $650 per month including all utilities.  It's located within walking distance of campus and shopping on Main St.  The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished.  Flexible start and end dates are available.

It's a ten minute walk to campus and a five minute walk to Main St and the grocery store.  Heat, hot water, electric, Wi-fi, washer and dryer are all included as are off-street parking, bicycle storage, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, driveway snow plowing, walkway shoveling, and yard maintenance.  This is a great value for a beautiful, turn-key place at a great location.
