One to five bedrooms will be available as soon as Dec 24th in an all female student house share for the Spring semester or longer.  It's located within walking distance to campus and shopping on Main St.  The rent is $650 per month for a single and $500 per month each for two to share a large room.  Utilities are included and rooms can be furnished or unfurnished.  Flexible start and end dates are available.  You could move in at the end of this semester or at the beginning of next semester.

It's a ten minute walk to campus and a five minute walk to Main St and the grocery stores.  Heat, hot water, electric, Wi-fi, washer and dryer are included as are off-street parking, bicycle storage, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, driveway snow plowing, walkway shoveling, and yard maintenance.  This is a great value at a great location.
