Studio Apartment For Rent/Sublet From January-July (Spring 2020).

As the title suggests I am looking for someone (or a couple) to sublet or take over the rent for my current studio apartment. The apartment includes nice hardwood floors, a bright interior, large closet, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a nice granite counter top. It is more than enough space for one person and can even fit two comfortably (about 300 sqft). It is a 10 minute walk to campus, 2 minute walk to P and Gs, and the rail trail runs right behind the building. The building itself contains other studio apartments mainly occupied by other college students.

All utilities are included (except wifi) and they have standard washers and dryers on site. There is parking available for an small addional fee. The rent per month for one person is 1110/month but for two people the rent goes down significantly to ~637/month (total of 1275/month).
