Rent of $675 per month is for a large room for one person including all utilities of heat, hot water, electric, and Wi-fi.  It also comes with off-street parking, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, driveway snow plowing, and yard maintenance.  Share an updated kitchen, living room, dining room, sun room, two full updated bathrooms, and a free washer and dryer with friendly responsible students.

This is an ideal house for studying and peaceful relaxation. The residence is clean, quiet, updated, and well-maintained.  Flexible start and end dates are available including Fall semester only, school year, or full year.
