Have 2 large rooms available now or August. 
Looking to rent till end of year December or January we can discuss let me know what works best

Room is 10ft by 12 ft with closet plenty of space
Full bath and kitchen plenty of outdoor space.  House is modern.  Walk to campus

Rent is $550 a month includes everything minus electric.

Does come furnished no laundry but it is walking distance close to everything
