Summer sublet

Hey everyone! I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for June and July. You can move in any day even before June if needed. The room is in a house shared by 5 other girls but only 3 will be there for the summer.
Located on north chestnut (super close to town and about 15 minutes walk to campus)
Two bathrooms, washer and dryer located in the house, there's even a dishwasher!
Rent is $600, but can be negotiated. You will also pay for shared utilities as well.
All of the girls are very nice and respectful, clean and quiet!
