We have a very sweet and very tiny studio apartment for rent as of April 1st. It's the top floor of our 1800's eyebrow colonial home in the historic hamlet of High Falls. Original wide board floors. No stove only a fully stocked kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven, electric griddle, electric tea kettle, crock pot etc. plus a 3/4 sized fridge/freezer). Separate entrance. Quiet dead end street. Only a two minute walk to town and a 15 minute drive to SUNY New Paltz campus. Perfect for a graduate student or visiting professor. One well behaved pet may be considered. $800/month includes absolutely everything. Looking for someone who will be responsible and comfortable with open communication. We have 2 dogs in our part of the house, so an animal lover would be a good match since you will definitely hear them barking at times. Includes space to share in our fenced vegetable garden. We need 3 references and will happily give you references as well.
