Rooms for Spring Semester $650 Includes All Walk to Campus

Rooms are still available within walking distance to campus for the spring semester or longer in a nice, updated shared house that's quiet, clean, and spacious.  It's located in town within a 10 minute walk to campus and a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and shopping.

Rents are $650 each per person/room for single rooms, and $500 each per person for large rooms shared by two people with all utilities included such as heat, hot water, electric, water, and Wi-Fi.  Also included are bicycle storage, off-street parking, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, driveway snow plowing, and yard maintenance.   

You would share an updated kitchen, two full bathrooms, a sitting/study room, and a washer and dryer with friendly, serious, and responsible students.  It's the perfect setting for studying and peaceful relaxation.  It's located in a quiet residential area.  No parties, no pets, and no smoking.  Flexible start and end dates are available.  Showing times are still available this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  For more information and to schedule a showing, please send an email to newpaltz3@gmail.com with some information about yourself and the type of room that you're interested in.  Thank you!
