The monthly rent is $650 for a small room and $725 for a large room per person including all utilities of heat, hot water, electric, water, and Wi-Fi.  Central AC, washer/dryer, bicycle storage and off-street parking are also included in the rent, as are weekly garbage and recycling pickup, snow plowing, and yard maintenance.  This is in a well-maintained and well-managed house that's in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood.  It's the perfect setting for studying and peaceful relaxation.  No parties, no pets, and no smoking.  It's a ten minute walk to campus and a five minute walk to shopping.
