Quiet spacious country home on lake with own space for live/work

Artist and educator live in a quiet, spacious country house on a lake in Rock Hill in Sullivan County, NY.
We are two women and a gentle dog looking for a full time or part-time housemate. 

Surrounded by trees, our 3000 sq foot home
has a 1500 sq foot finished lower-level space with its own entrance and private bathroom, work space, washer/dryer, Wifi, and garage.

This might be a nice fit for a student, writer, artist, freelancer, healing practitioner,
someone who would like a retreat, a place to work, study, read or write, or a live/work area.

We are flexible to a situation that fits, and in lieu of rent or partial rent we would consider help around the house or just company, as one of us lives with a chronic illness.

No medical care needed just someone kind who could be home when my partner is away during the day teaching, several times a week.
