Hi William!

There is an opening at 39 N. Chestnut. It is $400 if you want a double or $800 if you want it all to yourself as a single. That's totally up to you. At this point you would be the first person moving into the room. The room is on the first floor of a big brick house. It is a ten minute walk to the Old Library (the main building on campus for graphic design!). $40 for utilities.
