It's a ten minute walk to campus and a five minute walk to shopping on Main Street. The monthly rent is $750.00 per person for a large private room with utilities included. 

The rent includes all the utilities of heat, hot water, water, wi-fi, cable in the living room, electric, as well as a washer and dryer on premises. Weekly garbage and recycling pickup, snow plowing, and yard maintenance are also included. The house features refinished hardwood floors, an updated kitchen, sunroom, two updated full bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and off-street parking.

The house and neighborhood are perfect for studying and peaceful relaxation. This house is ideal for mature and responsible individuals, seniors, and grad students.  No pets and no smoking.
