One to three bedrooms are available in a beautiful and updated house that's shared by SUNY students for $725.00 per person per month with utilities included.  It's located within walking distance to campus and shopping.  Tours are available this Saturday and Sunday.  Secure your room now for the upcoming year. 

This is a well-maintained and well-managed house that's in a peaceful and quiet residential neighborhood. It's ideal for studying and relaxation because it's shared by SUNY New Paltz students who are very serious about their academics.  It's a ten minute walk to campus and a five minute walk to shopping on Main Street.  The monthly rent for a large private room includes utilities of heat, hot water, water, electric, Wi-Fi, and cable in the living room. In-room cable is also available for an additional charge.

Also included are a living room, dining room, four season sun room, kitchen, new washer and dryer on premises, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, snow plowing, yard maintenance, and off-street parking.
