Looking for one more housemate, male or female, for the last bedroom in a four bedroom apartment that's shared by SUNY New Paltz seniors and is available August 1st for a one-year lease.  It's a ten minute walk to SUNY and a five minute walk to the grocery store.  The monthly rent is $725.00 and includes utilities of heat, hot water, water, wi-fi, electric, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, snow plowing, and yard maintenance.  There is central AC, a shared updated eat-in kitchen for the common area, one full shared bathroom, high-speed wi-fi , washer and dryer on premises, off-street parking, bicycle storage, and a nice yard. 

The apartment and neighborhood are great for studying and peaceful relaxation. This is not a party place.  Mature and responsible individuals only. No pets and no smoking.
