Looking for male or female housemates to share a newly-renovated and well-maintained house with SUNY New Paltz students that's walking distance to school and shopping, and is available August 1st for a one-year lease.  It's a ten minute walk to SUNY and a five minute walk to shopping on Main Street.  The monthly rent is $750.00 per person for a private room with utilities included. 

The rent includes utilities of heat, water, hot water, wi-fi, cable in the living room, electric, as well as washer and dryer, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, snow plowing, and yard maintenance.  There are refinished hardwood floors, an updated kitchen, two full updated bathrooms, living room, dining room, sunroom, high-speed WI-FI, cable in the living room, washer and dryer on premises, off-street parking, bicycle storage, fresh paint, and a nice yard. 

The house and neighborhood are great for studying and peaceful relaxation. This is not a party house.  Mature and responsible individuals only. No pets and no smoking.
