Hi!

I'm looking for someone to sublet my apartment from July 15-August 15. There will be an option to sign a year lease once the sublet is complete.

The apartment is a spacious studio with a walk-in closet, high ceilings, and open kitchen & bath. Located on the quiet end of Main Street near the Water Street Market, it's about a 10 minute walk from the SUNY New Paltz campus.

Rent is $895 a month, all utilities included (wifi too!), as well as a designated parking space on the property. Tenant must be a college student, as requested by landlord.
