Rooms vary by size, and the basement has a master bedroom fit for up to two people with it's own bathroom. The other available bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms on the first floor.

House has all new pergo floors throughout. Common areas include full kitchen, large living room, large outdoor deck and yard, washer and dryer in basement. Street and driveway parking available.

Tenants share cost of utilities and wifi.

House is quiet and not a party house. No smoking or pets please, per the lease.
