Summer Sublease

Looking for someone to sublease my room for the summer. It is a large room at $650 a month, all utilities (water, garbage, electricity, etc.) included! The room is located about a ten minute walk to SUNY New Paltz Campus and five minute walk from downtown. Room comes with a desk, bed, dresser, lamp and bookshelf.

Preferably looking for a student or a recent graduate who is clean and responsible. Security Deposit is one month rent and the lease ends August 20th with the possibility of renewal.
