Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for January! It's a nice room located on Church St. The walk to campus is pretty easy! Takes roughly 10-15 minutes. Parking is great as well . The apartment is basically BRAND NEW! Washer/Dryer right there for you (there's a set upstairs and downstairs), along with two bathrooms. A lot of space! It's so cozy in here!! Rent is $600 + utilities (utilities are roughly $35 each month). You will have to pay landlord the security deposit before you move in ($900- you will get it back when you move out!!!) and first and last months rent( since I have to have mine back).
