203 Main St, looking for two roommates

My name is Jason Rinaldi, and I am looking for two roommates to live with at 203 Main st in New Paltz, the apartment is a 5 minute walk from campus and is right across the street from New Paltz middle school. The apartment is small, but all ulitites are included, so we have heat in the winter and ac in the smaller. The lease is a year lease so it goes from January 1st to January 1st, the rent is $550 a month and the only other cost we pay is for wifi.
