Studio Apartment includes full kitchen and bathroom, large enough room to fit a bed, dresser, and small kitchen table. Rent is $700 monthly which includes hot water. Electricity and Electric heat are the responsibility of the renter. The first month's rent includes $700 rent plus one month's security which will be refunded as long as the apartment is not damaged.
