I am moving to Colorado so I am looking for someone to take my room. The room for rent is in a condo on Huguenot st. Large single bedroom, shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. Laundry available in building and all snow removal/landscaping/garbage removal provided by the condominium. House shared with only one other roommate (junior at SUNY New Paltz who is a guy and any gender is fine). Fenced in patio and garden out back. Right on the rail trail, less than two minutes from the Water Street Market, and a shortcut makes it less than two minutes to Main st, coming out across from Rock and Snow/Snugs. Ten minute walk to campus.
