Pleasant one-room bedroom apartment in private home (separate entrance) in quiet neighborhood available July 1 or 15th.  Easy access to college as well as to Mohonk or Minnewaska.  Foreign students welcome.  I am willing to negotiate rent price for help with outdoor work, and occasional dog-sitting (an adorable poodle puppy.)  Includes all utilities, parking, Wi-Fi internet. Laundry room available for a small extra charge.   Appropriate for single person or a couple.  Photos and videos available upon request.  No pets, smoking or drinking please.
