My name's Daniel and I have a room for rent in a house that's right across the street from campus.

It has 8 bedrooms, which can sound like a lot, but people generally love it. There's plenty of room in the house itself, and it's an instant community.  If you are a large group already, you may rent the whole house.

It's a beautiful house right across the street from campus.  It has a kitchen, dining room, BIG living room, a laundry room, and 3 bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi. 
It also has a sun room, and a lovely back yard with a grill and patio furniture.  And a garage and off street parking.

The address is 84 State Route 32 South, or 84 South Manheim Blvd.  Feel free to map it.  It's opposite LeFevre Dorm

The rent is $595 plus utilities which are about $50 to $75 a month including high speed internet.

It's completely furnished.  An easy move in.

International students and Transfer students are welcome.

I plan to show it this Thursday 4-27, afternoon and evening.
