1 bedroom available: comfortable and quiet apartment

Looking for a clean, quiet housemate to share a two bedroom apartment with. Preferably a grad student, preferably female.

The apartment is in the Town and Country Condo complex beside the gorgeous railtrail. A quiet, lovely neighborhood. Rent would be 700 a month. Spacious bedroom, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, parking spot. The complex also has a laundry room! It's right beside town and about a 15 minute walk to campus.  I currently live here, so you can visit the place. It will be available in June or July. 

I am a graduate student in the painting program. I also have a small, very friendly dog, so you must love animals
