My roommate and I are looking for summer sublets (May 1st-July 31st) for our spacious 2 bedroom apartment located in New Paltz. It's clean, well kept, and close to town. The bigger room is $600/month and the smaller room is $550/month with all utilities included plus wifi/parking/laundry/air conditioning.
