I am looking for a summer sublet for one large bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment. It's very clean, quiet, and close to town and campus. $600 per month includes all utilities and wi-fi (the price is negotiable!) The room is quite big so can be shared by 2 people. In that case, I'll ask an extra $100 for the utilities. No smoking. No parting. Female only. Must be okay with a cat.
