Hey guys my name is Lauren Fountain and I am a student at SUNY New Paltz. I am looking for someone to sublet my room to in this upcoming summer between school semesters specifically the months of ending May - beginning August. The room is $550 month utilities not included. the room is in a full size house and is located on the bottom floor apartment along with four other single rooms. There is a full kitchen two bathrooms and very large living room. The back yard features three full size decks and three sets of new patio furniture as well as a grill. washer/dryer and all kitchen appliances are included.
