There are also 4 single rooms on second floor hallway that share bath and kitchen for $595/r/m.
I also have 2 6BR houses 1.5 miles from campus. One is $575/r/m and the other is $615/r/m (has dishwasher. w/d). Everything included, including wifi and cable. Lease starts 8/18/17 but reserve now.
