Lease is month to month with two months' security required. Rent includes all utilities, central a/c, washer/dryer, wifi and snow removal.  Roommates are quiet, clean and responsible students who are not partiers. House is situated in a quiet residential area, has a long driveway so there's plenty of parking, located in Village, approx. 15 - 20 minute walk to campus. Pictures avail upon request.
