I'm looking for a room in between the rates of $500-$600( Wifi, Utilities, and coin operated washing machines ) and is walking distance to the campus. I'm a mature student who doesn't smoke or have any pets. I simply need a room and a kitchen to cook food. I'm clean person and I stay to my self. If a credit check is needed I'm welcome to do it. I will be able to pay first months rent a head of time if needed.
