Looking for Quiet and Clean Students who are not partiers. There are 2 rooms available: one small room for $600 and one larger room for $650.

Pets are ok, but it costs $50/month to have a well behaved pet and also a $1000 pet security, which is refunded so long as there aren't any damages...

Available Jan 1, 2017 (or end of December).  2 month security required.

Includes Garbage, Lawn Care.  You would be responsible for utilities which average about $50-$60/month (but this depends on usage).
