Room for rent near campus- Female House Only

Hey! I currently have one bedroom for rent during the Spring 2017(Jan 1- May 31) semester on Prospect St. about a 15 minute walk to campus and right off of Main st.  Its a 4 bedroom apartment and the other 3 girls you would be living with are all very friendly and fun to be around.  It is a clean, quiet and friendly place to live.  It is not a party house unless there is an occasion.  The rent is $530 a month not including utilities or wifi.   Each of them tend to be about $12-16 a month per person.  There is no washer or dryer but the laundromat is right at the end of the street.  Not furnished.  It does however have its own backyard and screened in porch which is taken care of by the landlord.
