New house with 4 bedrooms. Fully furnished private bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, 2 bathrooms and common area. We are currently looking for a female student who is mature, clean and a responsible person.  We are looking to rent for Spring 2017 (Jan – May). Rent is $650 a month. Lease is month to month with two months' security required. Rent includes all utilities, central air conditioning, washer / dryer, wireless internet and snow removal.  Roommates are quiet, clean and responsible students who are not partiers. House is situated in a quiet residential area, has a long driveway so there's plenty of parking, located in Village. Approx. a 15 - 20 minute walk to campus. Pictures available upon request.
