Hi! My roommate and I are currently living on campus at SUNY New Paltz and are getting kicked out of where we live due to construction on the building. We would like an apartment for next semester, 6 month lease, close to campus with 2 bedrooms! Thanks let me know!

I will have 2 bedrooms available starting January 1 through May 28th.  One bedroom is newly tiled and the other bedroom is new wood floors.  You would have your own bathroom plus a living area between the 2 bedrooms.  There would also be 4 other girls living upstairs, where you would share a newly tiled kitchen and they would have their own bathroom and living area.  Rent would be $550 plus sharing utilities.  It is located near Dunkin Donuts and Shoprite.  If interested call me at 845-255-1318 or 551-427-3642.
