I have a whole upstairs for rent within walking distance of the college. There are two rooms with a bath and the space is completely furnished. Applicants must be quiet and responsible. There is no actual kitchen but there is a small refrigerator. Landlord lives downstairs and will take care of any problems. Text 845-542-2551 for information or call and ask for Sue.
