Furnished Room in exchange for Work

A room which measures 13x14 and is furnished with a fullsize mattress, dresser, double closet, shelves and mirror is available to rent in exchange for work.  Tenant would assist elderly lady and do errands.  Work is light.  Hours and schedule to be worked out between lady and tenant.  House is next to Rail Trail and 1 1/2 miles from campus.  Tenant would need car.  Most important is compatibility between the two.  Prefer someone with a happy disposition.  If room were rented for money, it would go for $600.  Please contact with questions and more info.
