Subleasing for August-December/ Ten minute walk to campus

I'm subleasing my room in a 4 bedroom house (two girls and one guy) for the fall semester (August 1st-December 31st). Rent is $600/month plus utilities. Big room, pictures on request. Two full bathrooms (two showers). Also and extra bedroom for storage/recreational things. It's about a ten minute walk from campus and it is on the Mulberry Street/ Church Street crossing.
