Hey!

My name is Maria and I'm a Theatre Arts major at SUNY New Paltz. My father owns our house on Tricor Avenue, 2 minute walk from campus. We live with 5 house mates as of now, and are looking for 2 new house mates to fill in single bedrooms.
Our house has a legacy of being a theatre house. We are all majors/minors in the Theatre department, and are hoping to find transfers, freshmen, or graduate students. We are open to anyone who might be interested!

Both bedrooms would be:
- lease starting August 1st, 2016
- 650$/month all utilities included
- both rooms are partially furnished
- access to driveway, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and black box theatre in basement.
- shared bathroom with one other person
