$500 Rent for house this Summer ONLY Girls

2 rooms for rent until August 5th, if need longer rent just ask and can probably work out something. Rent is for $500 per month, can also work out another price if desired.  The house is on Orchard Lane, right a cross the street from SUNY New Paltz (where the construction starts by the new science building). There will only be girls living in this house and around the age of college students relatively.
