Rent is $850 per month for a single person, (female preferred) $1,000 for a couple. Includes all utilities, use of screened in porch with grill, lawn with fire-pit, indoor garage, washer and dryer. Share kitchen (w/dishwasher, microwave) living room and bathroom with me, the owner (female musician from NYC, early '60's). At least 15 days a month you will have the place to yourself. Your room is bright, 2 windows, a queen size bed, a large desk, closet, 2 tall shelves, dresser. AC window unit. No pets, no indoor smoking, must have great references and strong credit. First month deposit required. There are tenants also living upstairs. Location is walkable to downtown Kerhonkson, great new restaurants and bar (Mill and Main, Flying Goose, new boutiques). 5 minute drive to Minnewaska State Park.
