Master Bedroom and Private Bathroom in a 3 Bedroom house for 750

We are two older male students looking to fill a spot in our three bedroom house next year. The room is a large master with a private bathroom. We would share a kitchen and living area between the three of us.

Rent for the bedroom is 750 with about 50 dollars a month in utilities.

We share a washer and dryer with the tenants of a connected apartment. We have a back deck, backyard, large living room, large kitchen with eat at bar.

The house is about a 15 minute walk to campus or a very easy drive down North Chestnut.

We are looking for a mature tenant as we are not into throwing big parties.
