Church St. apartment looking for a roommate - Fall thru Spring semesters

This apartment has one larger bedroom split between 2 people and another smaller bedroom for 1.
It includes a nice living room and kitchen, 1 full bathroom.
The rent is 400/month per person and does not include electric or wi-fi, which total about 50 bucks per month per person.

The building is mostly students and younger people who don't mind too much noise, however it is nice and quiet.
No washer or dryer however within walking distance to laundromat and only an 8 minute walk to campus.
No pets, unfortunately.
