summer sublet

My lease ends in august 2016 and I won't be able to live here during the summer months so i am looking for to sublet my bedroom (available May 13th) in a 5 person house approximately half a mile from SUNY New Paltz academic buildings and only about 2 blocks from Mobile Gas Station and Pavissi's Pizza (formerly Gourmet).

$675/mo (paying for end of may/june, july, and august, all utilities except WiFi (extra $15 a month), parking available, and easy going housemates.
