Spacious room available in a house off of Main Street, short walk to town and campus. Available as early as May, as I need someone to sublet for the summer, and upcoming year if you please.
You would be able to move in as early as May, or June, to stay for the Summer and upcoming academic year.
Rent is $625, includes all utilities. (Water, electricity, heat, internet, garbage pick up)
Hardwood floors, closet, and furniture comes with the room.
Landlord is great and very responsive.
I would definitely recommend looking into this place! I've lived here for two years happily and will be graduating this upcoming May.
