I'm a student looking for an apartment/room near campus, my budget is no more than $650 a month plus utilities. I'm very neat, clean and responsible (not a partier), but I can't drive, so ideally somewhere on main street or across from campus would be best. That said, I'm willing to do some walking. Looking to move in around mid-May or early June preferably!
