I have seven rooms available in a house in the village of New Paltz on Grove Street( walking distance to campus). Everything included (heat, electric, cable, Internet, snow removal etc) great size rooms. Prices range between $645 and $720 (private bathroom)

Coin operated washer and dryer in the house. Three bathrooms, back deck, shared kitchen and living room. Move in June 1 2016- lease ends the weekend after graduation in May 2017. First months rent and one month security due at signing lease
