Summer Sublet- great for 2 people!

Room available June 1st-August 13th

This sublet is essentially like a small apartment. You have a large bedroom, living area and bathroom on the entire ground floor of the house with private garden entrance. There will only be one other person living in the house over the summer as well. (There are usually 4 other people living upstairs.)

- $750/month June/July and $300 for August. Can be shared by 2 people.
- Electric and hot water not included (about $10-15 extra per month)
- Huge bedroom, about 550 sq. ft. (comfortably fits 2 people)
- 5 min walk to campus, 10 min walk to town.
- Fully furnished (bed, dresser, desk, chair, bookshelves, mini-fridge & more)
- Semi-private bathroom (everyone else uses upstairs bathroom)
- Private garden entrance in back of house and parking.
- Large shared kitchen/dining room upstairs. Sun-porch and deck overlooking large garden.

This is a very peaceful and quiet house with friendly roommates
